Three students from the Saigon South campus of RMIT International University Vietnam have been named in the list of winners in an international video making competition.
Le Kien Trung, Bui Nguyen Que Huong and Nguyen Minh Hieu from RMIT’s Multimedia Design program scooped four return tickets for long-haul flights from the contest organizer, AirAsia, for the video they shot at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, featuring the trials and tribulations of a young traveling couple.
The aim of the contest was to make a film less than 90 seconds long with the theme, “Arrive happier with AirAsia.”
The competition included animation and film categories, and the RMIT Vietnam team won in the film category, along with six other teams from different parts of the world. A total of 86 teams from Asia, Europe and the United States entered the competition.
