Metropole Hanoi Hotel launch tours to explore Hanoi

On the occasion of the 1,000th Anniversary of Thang Long–Hanoi, the Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi Hotel, has introduced a special tour for visitors to explore Hanoi. The tour, to be jointly launched as of October 1st by the hotel and the Vietnam–Exotissimo Travel Agency, will bring visitors to both old and modern tourist sites in the City. During the trip, tourists will start off with the Temple of Literature – the first Vietnamese university, which was built in 1070, and then to the Ba Dinh Square, where President Ho Chi Minh read the Declaration of Independence to found the Democratic Republic of Vietnam on September 2nd, 1945. They also have an opportunity to visit other well-known tourist sites in Hanoi. For 4 days and 3 nights, visitors will stay in the Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi Hotel and enjoy special meals. The tour, at a cost of $US 821 for each visitor, will be launched over the next 3 months.
