The national flag carrier Vietnam Airlines will increase four additional flights on the Quy Nhon – Ho Chi Minh City route and vice versa as of October 31st to provide more services for passengers during the lunar new year 2011, said its representative office in Binh Dinh on October 21st.
With this, together with seven flights on the route and vice versa by A320 aircraft every morning weekly, the four flights will be conducted by ATR aircraft on the afternoons of Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday.
This is the second time in 2010 Vietnam Airlines increases flights on the route and vice versa. Earlier, in April 2010, together with seven flights a week with the 150-seat A320 aircraft, the carrier will add three more flights a week with the 72-seat ATR aircraft.
