PepsiCo has launched the fourth annual Aquafina Pure Fashion design competition themed “Taste Pure – Pure Fashion.”
It is open to “young” people and the entries must embody the purity theme of the competition in terms of colors, materials, and designs, the organizers said.
The winner will get a cash prize of VND20 million (US$1,025) while the second and third place winners will get VND15 million and VND10 million.
The winner and runner-up will also have their collections introduced at the Hong Kong Fashion Week at the end of this year.
The competition jury includes well-known fashion designers Nguyen Cong Tri, Thuan Viet, and Ngo Thai Uyen and the director of Aquafina, PepsiCo’s bottled water arm, Pham Thi Minh Phuong.
Entries can be sent from now through October 15.
Last year Le Thanh Hoa of HCMC won the first prize with a collection called Adaptation of Water, Vu Ta Linh of Hanoi’s Pure Beauty was second, and Nguyen Vu An Nhien of HCMC won third prize with Happiness.
