2.6tr dong for bauxite and aluminium projects in Jan-Sep

Vietnam National Coal and Minerals Industries Group (Vinacomin) has recently reported investing some 2.647 trillion dong in bauxite and aluminium projects in the first nine months this year, reaching 62 percent of the year's target.

Particularly, the group spent over 1.857 trillion dong on the EPC bidding package for aluminium plant. As for EPC bidding package for the ore refining plant, the group has carried out 35 percent of the total works, late by 50 days against the commitment.

Notably, according to Vinacomin, the Tan Rai bauxite project has gotten the licence while the Nhan Co aluminium project worth over 1.883 trillion dong has completed 47 percent of the year's plan.
