Toyota Vietnam staff awarded for skills

Three winners of the Toyota National Skill Competition will represent Toyota Motor Vietnam (TMV) at the car maker’s Annual International Customer Service Champion Assembly 2011 in Japan.
Nguyen Ba Vinh Hien of Toyota Lang Ha, Nguyen Trong Tuyen of Toyota Buon Ma Thuot and Mai Tu Qui of Toyota Dong Saigon beat 80 others from Toyota’s 21 dealerships at the 12th annual competition held at the Toyota Ha Dong dealership in Hanoi this week. The number of contestants more than doubled last year.
Entrants competed in five main categories of - sales skills, service advisor, parts management, general repairs technician, and team work in customer service. Their knowledge was tested in theory and practical tests.
The Toyota Skills Contest aims to continuously improve customer service to bring customers the highest satisfaction. The slogan of the contest was “Being Professional with Heart”.
The winners were in three categories: service advice, general repairs and parts staff.
