Ending the third quarter this year, top ten securities brokers on two bourses Hochiminh Stock Exchange (STC) and Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) witnessed many changes.
Particularly, Hoa Binh Securities JSC jumped from the 10th position in Q2 to the sixth in Q3. FPTS passed VNDirect to stand at the second position.
Leading amongst securities brokers is still Thang Long Securities JSC (TLS) with market share of 11.87 percent. However, this rate is lower than it was in the previous quarter (13.09 percent).
TLS also leads in terms of market share in the southern bourse in Q3 with 11.34 percent.
FPTS and VNDirect exchanged the second and the third position with each other, FPTS jumped to the second with 5.01 percent, higher than the previous quarter at 4.49 percent, while VNDirect slipped from 5.65 percent to 4.92 percent.
HSC and SSI gained one more grade against the ranking board of the last quarter to the fourth and the fifth respectively.
Notably, Hoa Binh Securities JSC climbed from the 10th to the sixth and its market share increased from 2.28 percent to 3.66 percent.
Sacombank-SBS dropped from the fourth to the seventh when the market share slipped from 4.38 percent to 3.53 percent.
ACBS also climbed to the eighth from the 10th of the previous quarter, APECS (APS) from the seventh to the eighth while An Binh Securities JSC remained unchanged at the ninth.
In comparison to the previous quarter, there were no new securities brokers in the ranking board.
Totally, top ten securities brokers accounted for 46.19 percent of market share on the northern bourse, decreasing slightly against 46.25 percent in Q2.
Except APS, the remaining nine brokers were also included in the top ten brokers in the southern bourse.
