Western Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Western Bank) officially joined Smartlink system since October 15.
The bank's customers could withdraw money or check balance at not only ATM machines of VNBC and Banknet, but also those of Smartlink's banking members.
The bank has developed free ATM card issuance to customers nationwide.
