An exhibition showcasing dozens of photos taken by Vietnamese and German photographers was held in Leipzig, Germany Monday.
The exhibition is just one of the activities being held to mark the 35th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between two countries.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Counselor Le Van Hien from the Vietnamese Embassy in Germany said the photos feature the normal lives of Vietnamese workers.
Mayor of Leipzig Andreas Mueller praised the Vietnamese community in the city, saying that they are hardworking and active people who have integrated well into the German society.
The exhibition will last until October 2.
