Heavy rains cause major flooding in Vietnam's old capital

Heavy rains hit the old capital city of Hue on October 2 and 3, causing river water levels to rise and streets to get flooded.

Traffic in the city has been disrupted as most major streets were flooded. Water levels in rivers running through the city as well as the surrounding province of Thua Thien - Hue have almost reached alarm level.
