More than 20,000 foreign language titles are on display at Phuong Nam Cultural Corp’s book fair that opened in Ho Chi Minh City Wednesday.
They include books on medicine, economics, natural sciences, social sciences, agriculture, construction besides children’s books, literature, and fiction from major publishing houses like McGraw-Hill, Elsevier, Lippincott, Hachette, Sterling, HarperCollins, Random House, and Berkeley.
The fair focuses on new titles like Captain’s Blood, The Ship of Adventure, Have You Started Yet?,... and bestsellers like The Adventures of Tom Sawyer, Tom Cruise All the World's a Stage, Men Cry in the Dark, Captain Scarlet, The Adventures of Odysseus with CD, The Spy Who Loved Me, The Speed of the Dark, Before It’s Too Late, Closing the Gap, Chicken Soup for the Soul to Grandma with Love, Art of War (Clasisics), Why You’re Dumb, The World’s Greatest Words of Wisdom, Coupleship: How to Build a Relationship, Financial Review, The Story of Architecture, Complete Massage, The Wellness Recovery Connection, Carnival of the Animals, A to Z Allotment Vegetables, Tropical Salads,…
The exhibition, which PNC hopes to organize twice every quarter, offers discounts of 20-50 percent.
